Our bra runs true to size and is based on your cup size. Not sure what cup size you are? You can measure! Check out our sizing tables below for reference.
We do offer hassle-free returns for 30 days if you find your InvisiLift is not the right size for you.

Shipping and Tracking

What countries do you ship to?
We ship all over the world! To see what it will cost to ship your International Order, simply add items to your cart and select your country at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping is 8-10* business days in addition to the processing time. The approximate shipping time varies depending on the country you live in.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address entered on the order. This may take 2-3 business days.

If you do not receive an email with your tracking number, please send us a message at support@invisilift.co  or click here for immediate self-service.

Are there any anticipated shipping delays?
Please note that the shipping industry is still experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and supply chain issues. There could be delays in delivery times, depending on the postal service in your country. If you are experiencing unusual delays, please reach out to us via email for assistance and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Order Management & Returns

How can I cancel my order?
If you placed your order within the past 24 hours and changed your mind, we offer hassle-free cancellations. Please email us at support@invisilift.co  or click here for immediate self-service. We will refund you as long as the order has not shipped

If you placed your order more than 24 hours ago, your order will have been processed and we cannot offer an immediate refund. However, once you receive your order, you have up to 30 days to contact us for a refund.

What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day no hassle return/exchange policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, can contact us at  support@invisilift.co  or click here for immediate self-service. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
